Last week I went down to the valley to photograph the Gibson family. Recently the Gibson’s cousin surprised them, and sent a nomination to Giving Back Photography for the family to receive a free photo session. A fellow photographer friend contacted me, and asked if I was close to Scottsdale. This is how I found out about Giving Back Photography, the Gibson’s & their critically ill daughter… Cloey. I was so excited to be a part of this, to be able to give this family a few memories to hang on their walls…Of Cloey, Cal & Lainey. You see Cloey was born with a very rare genetic disorder that affects every system in her body……but it has not touched her beautiful smile, her spirit or her ability to make everyone around her feel her love. I count myself blessed just to have been near this beautiful family. Cal is so funny always making his family (and me) laugh. Lainey is so shy that I had to chase her to capture that adorable smile.
