Working with J’Lynn Mak was wonderful. I had a wonderful time because she was able to make the whole experience easy and completely enjoyable. She not only is beyond talented with her use of natural lighting, but she also has a good eye and ear for what exactly the model wants. I am beyond words for my photographs and could not have asked for a better experience!

I do not even know where to start. J’Lynn photographed our wedding and did an absolutely outstanding job!! I would not have traded her artistic ability for the world. A day that I wanted to save forever and that I can hardly remember because it all happened so fast is preserved in the very capable hands of my dear friend. Over the course of a year J’Lynn and I worked together on first my engagement shots, a photo shoot with my terminal grandfather and then my wedding. She was attentive to what we wanted, and still added her flair and beauty to every shot. Right now I have not seen all of the shots, but the preview we were given made me cry. I have had friends in tears over our shots; I certainly was. She captured moments I had forgotten about. And even some I didn’t know about. She loves what she does, and it shows. She does not pose and rush on to the next posed shot. She really captures the essence of the day. I have seen her just sit and wait while my daughter lived and played to get the right shot. At all 3 shots she was laid back and really waited for us to make the shot. Whatever we wanted she shot and made it gorgeous. I have every intention of never using another photographer ever again! I would and have highly recommended her to everyone I know!

When looking for a photographer for my wedding I struggled to find someone who could illustrate our special day in a unique and creative way. I didn’t want the same old wedding photos that you typically see. J’Lynn went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is she EXTREMELY talented, but she was also very kind and provided excellent customer service. I encourage you to look at her website. Unique and beautiful is the only way I can describe her work. She has an amazing eye and has an amazing ability to make every picture extraordinary. There is nothing typical about her photos. On top of all her talent is her easy to work with demeanor and her kindness. I will recommend her to ANYONE looking for a photographer. She will not disappoint you.

J’Lynn took our daughter’s senior pictures. It was a WONDERFUL Session. SHE IS GREAT! She made Kelsey feel comfortable. She has great ideas. Does outdoor shots. Captured Kelsey being herself. (No posing). Her finished product is also GORGEOUS. We would recommend her to anyone.

Nothing Short of Extraordinary Words cannot describe the emotions I felt when I received our engagement pictures. Not only did she do an amazing job with the photography part but J’Lynn has been more than helpful with me and my family as we plan a wedding from across the nation. Our Photography session with J’lynn Mak was amazing! She did not make us do any cheesy poses and was great with my shy little three year old. This was a donated session for my critically ill daughter, which shows you her heart, but also I don’t think she cut any corners because it was a donation. Thank you J’lynn!
